The story behind Kate Kingdom
I’m Kate – originally from Venezuela, now living near Zurich, and happiest anywhere with sand and sun. For years I couldn’t find swimwear that matched what I wanted: flattering fits, bold designs, and pieces I wouldn’t see on everyone else at the beach. So in 2020 I started designing my own and launched Kate Kingdom.
Designed in Switzerland, tested on real beaches
Every bikini starts as my own design. I work with experienced swimwear manufacturers to produce each piece, then wear-test it myself – in salt water, sand and sun – before it goes into the shop.
What our bikinis are made of
All Kate Kingdom swimwear is made from a soft, stretchy blend of 80% polyester and 20% Lycra that keeps its shape wave after wave. Our triangle tops are cut from double fabric for extra support, and every style comes in sizes XS to L.
Small collections, limited pieces
I design in small collections, and many styles are made in limited editions – so you won’t see your bikini on everyone else at the beach. Discover favourites like the Bikini Rose Gold, Medusa and Artemisa.
